ORDER
This writ petition has been filed seeking direction of this Court to the first respondent to pass necessary order on the recommendation made by the second respondent vide Na.Ka.Aa5/3394/2024 dated 06.07.2024 in respect of petitioner's application seeking death certificate of his grandfather.
2. Heard Mr.V.Chandrapandi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.C.Satheesh, learned Government Advocate, who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
3. By consent of both sides, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

4. The learned Government Advocate, on instructions, would submit that the petitioner has been directed to appear before the authority with certain document, but the petitioner failed to appear. If the petitioner appears along with relevant document, the application of the petitioner shall be considered in time.
5. In view of the above, the petitioner is directed to approach the authorities within a week and produce the document as sought for by the authorities. On such production, the respondents are directed to consider the application of the petitioner and pass orders on merits within one month thereafter.
6. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
