ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 506(i) and 498(A) IPC, in Crime No. Not Known of 2021, seek anticipatory bail.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police, on instructions, submitted that based on the complaint given by the defacto complainant, an enquiry was conducted and during enquiry, the defacto complaint gave an undertaking that the defacto complainant would withdraw the complaint.

3.Recording the above said submission, this criminal original petition is closed.
