ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed, invoking Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking direction to transfer the investigation from the third respondent to the second respondent and file the final report before the concerned Judicial Magistrate.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that in the road accident, the petitioner sustained serious injuries. In order to obtain compensation, the petitioner approached the respondent and seeks some documents. Inspite of repeated request, the respondent police has not furnished those documents. Hence, this petition has been filed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the entire documents will be furnished to the petitioner immediately by the respondent police.

4. In view above submission, the third respondent is directed to furnish the documents to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 2/4

With the above directions, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
