ORDER

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is for a direction to direct the respondents to provide 5 years age relaxation to the writ petitioner, as per G.O.Ms.No.98 dated 17.07.2006 based on his representation.

2.The G.O.Ms.No.98 Personnel and Administrative Reforms(s) Department, dated 17.07.2006 is enclosed in page No.8 of the typedset of papers filed along with the writ petition. The Government granted 5 years age relaxation to the candidates, who suffered nonappointment during the ban period from 2001 to 2006. Thus, the Government considered the cases, who suffered non-appointment during the ban period and granted 5 years age relaxation upto the year 2011. The said 5 years relaxation granted by the Government had already been lapsed in the year 2011 and now in the year 2019, the benefit of further age relaxation cannot be granted to the writ https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petitioner and if the writ petitioner is otherwise qualified and eligible for appointment, he is at liberty to participate in the process of selection if any notified by the competent authority. 3.With the above observations, this writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
