The writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to remove the petitioner's name from History Sheet in H.S.No.14 of 2017 on the file of the fourth respondent.
2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that now, the above said History Sheet in H.S.No.14 of 2017 has also been closed and the name of the petitioner has also been removed. Thereafter, it was not continued on the ground that after 2015, the petitioner is not involved in any other case and he was also acquitted in the above said Crime No.1085 of 2015 and thereafter, he is leading his life as Car Driver. 3.Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Writ Petition is disposed of as unnecessary.
