This criminal original petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the first and second respondents to give necessary Police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner, on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 31.07.2024. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the official respondents would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, who is Manager of the theatre, enquiry has been initiated in CSR.No.417 of 2024 and same is pending before the second respondent.

3.Since enquiry is pending before the second respondent, the second respondent is directed to issue summons to the petitioner as well 2/4

as the private respondents, conduct enquiry and pass orders, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
