The petitioner's grievance is that the local panchayat wanted to lay a road across the water body. He therefore wanted the Executive Magistrate to take action under Section 133 of Cr.P.C. To this effect, this criminal original petition has been filed.

2. The criminal original petition was filed way back in the year 2015. We are now in December 2019.

3. When the case was taken up for final disposal, it was submitted that the road had already been laid. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in this criminal original petition.
