This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the entire records connected with the final panel list proceedings, dated 07.08.2014, on the file of the first respondent relating to promotion panel list and to quash the same as illegal and consequently to direct the first respondent to prepare new panel list for the year 2014-2015 under https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.14044 of 2014 rule 24 of the Tamil Nadu Municipal Corporation Service Rules, 1996 and on the basis of the inter-se-seniority tentative panel list prepared by the first respondent, dated 23.09.2013 within the time stipulated by this Court.

2.It is represented that the issue raised in the Writ Petition is covered by the order passed in W.A.(MD)No.1411 of 2016. The issue raised in this Writ Petition is fixing of seniority in the post of Junior Assistant. The first respondent shall follow the order passed in W.A.(MD)No.1411 of 2016 and pass appropriate orders.

3.With this observation, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
