ORDER : This Criminal Original petition coming on for orders upon perusing the earlier order of this Court dated 20.08.2024 and the requisition letter of the Special Judge for POCSO Act Cases, Nagercoil vide letter in D.No. 1306 dated 22/11/2024, the Court made the following order:- This Court by an order, dated 20.08.2024, had directed the learned Special Judge for POCSO Act Cases, Nagercoil to complete the trial in Spl.S.C.No.10 of 2018 within 1/3

a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of that order.

2. Now, the learned Sessions Judge (FAC), Special Court for POCSO Act Cases, Kanniyakumari @ Nagercoil has addressed a letter, dated 22.11.2024, to the Registry seeking extension of time for a period of two months to dispose of the case in Spl.S.C.No.10 of 2018.

3. As requested by the learned Sessions Judge (FAC), Special Court for POCSO Act Cases, Kanniyakumari @ Nagercoil, time already granted by this Court is extended by a period of two months from today.
