ORDER
The petitioner has preferred an appeal on 28.06.2017 before the Revenue Divisional Officer, Theni as against the order of the Tahsildar. However the appeal is not yet 1/4
disposed of. Therefore, this writ petition is filed for a direction for disposal of the appeal.
2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the Thasildar has passed orders based on the decree granted by the Civil Court and the appeal filed by the petitioner is pending before the 2nd respondent.
3.Considering that the appeal filed by the petitioner in the year 2017 is kept pending without any progress, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the 2nd respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
