The learned Additional Government Pleader appears on behalf of the respondents would submit that the application filed by the petitioner has been numbered by the first respondent in O.A.No.16 of 2025 and the first date of hearing is also fixed on 31.07.2025 for framing of scheme under the Tamil Nadu Hindu Religious and Charitable Endowment Act.
