ORDER
The petitioner with a grievance that her application for grant of patta has not been considered by the respondent has filed this writ petition.
2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondent on instruction submits that the petitioner's application is under process and orders would be passed within a reasonable time.
3.In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent to pass suitable orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.
