Side) O RDER This petition has been filed to punish the contemnors under the Contempt of Courts Act for their wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in Crl O.P.(MD) No.4253 of 2023 dated 06.03.2023.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that in pursuance of the order passed by this Court investigation has been completed and final report was filed before the concerned Court namely Judicial Magistrate Court, Musiri, on 30.09.2023. So far it has not been taken on file. There shall be a direction to the learned Judicial Magistrate, Musiri, to process the above said final report, within the stipulated as per Rules.
