Respondents PRAYER: Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents to cancel the exorbitant increase in the house tax rates and re fix it within the permissible increase of 50% for houses and 100% for commercial buildings in the 63rd and 64th Ward of Ellakudi Panchayat now under Tiruchirapalli Corporation and the Tiruvermbur constituency.
