The first appeal was disposed of on 19.11.2025. Today, it is listed under the caption 'For Being Mentioned', at the instance of the learned counsel for the appellants.

2.According to the learned counsel for the appellants, the trial Court had granted a preliminary decree for partition only with regard to Item Nos.1 to 9. However, the same has not been specifically mentioned in the operative portion of the judgment.

3.In view of the above said facts, Registry is directed to incorporate the term 'in respect of Item Nos. 1 to 9 alone' in Clause 2, 3 and 4 of the decree and issue fresh order copy.
