ORDER

Aggrieved by the order passed by Revenue Divisional Officer, which is impugned in W.P(MD)No.17766 of 2013, the fourth respondent in the said writ petition has approached the District Revenue Officer, Sivagangai. The District Revenue Officer after conducting an enquiry, has passed the impugned order directing both the parties to approach the competent Civil Court to redress their grievances.

2. In view of the orders passed in W.P(MD)No.17766 of 2013, the order impugned in the writ petition is set aside. The learned counsel for the petitioner has brought to the notice of the Court that already patta has been transferred in his name. The said status shall be continued. 2/4

3. With the above said observations, this Writ Petition stands allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. 14.10.2022 Index :
