PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to transfer the case in C.C.No. 119/2014 pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Uthamapalayam, Theni District to any other Court having competent Jurisdiction to try the same in Madurai City.

Side) Mr.M.Shunmugasundaram for R2 to R5 COMMON ORDER These petitions have been filed seeking order to transfer the case in C.C.No. 119/2014 pending on the file of Judicial Magistrate, Uthamapalayam, to appropriate court in Madurai. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the allegations is only against the then Presiding Officer, now he has been transferred and new Presiding Officer has taken the Charge. Hence, the prayer sought for in these petitions has become infructuous. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, these criminal original petitions are dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
