This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in Crl.M.P.No. 256 of 2017, dated 01.05.2018 in S.T.C. No.41 of 2016 on the file of the learned Additional District Munsif, Tenkasi as against the petitioner.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3. This Court finds no merits in the Criminal Original Peititon and also no infirmity and illegality in the order passed by the Court below. Hence, the instant the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. However, the trial Court is directed to complete the proceedings in S.T.C No.41 of 2016, within a period of Three months, from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
