This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking a mandamus to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to provide adequate police protection and also to take appropriate action against the respondents 4 & 5.

2. Learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is no more and sought permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition. He also undertook to submit a letter in this regard to the Registry.
