2.The petitioner has been shown as third accused in Crime No.17 of 2015 on the file of the first respondent for the offences under Sections 468, 471 and 474 of IPC.
3.The case of the prosecution is that the property belonging to the Government had been sold by A1 and A2 in favour of the petitioner herein. If the petitioner is willing to nullify the transaction, then, this Court can consider to quash the impugned FIR as far as he is concerned. But no such offer is forthcoming. 4.The culpability or otherwise of the petitioner can be brought out only during investigation.
