records pertaining to the impugned order in Na.Ka.NO. 5910/A5/2013 dated 27.09.2013 passed by the 4th Respondent and quash the same and consequently directing the 5th respondent to grant approval to the promotion order dated 12.10.2012 and pass such further or other orders.
