ORDER

The petitioner with an allegation that the respondent police is harassing him under the guise of an enquiry has approached this Court.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioner is an accused in Cr.No.303 of 2025 and he was arrested. He further submits that the petitioner as well as his brothers are history sheeted rowdy in H.S.Nos.760 of 2025 and 756 of 2024 respectively. 4.Recording the above submission, this criminal original petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.
