ORDER

The respondents herein have filed M.C.No.16 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Srivaikundam, under Section 12 of Protection of Women From Domestic Violence Act, 2005. 2.The petitioners are figuring as R2 to R4 in the said M.C. 3.On a careful consideration of the entire materials on record, I am of the view that the contest should be between the respondents on the one hand and the husband Subramanian (R1) in the M.C on the other.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, on instructions, submitted that the petitioners will ensure that a sum of Rs.5,000/- is remitted in the bank account of the first respondent herein Manimegalai. This will be towards the monthly https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

maintenance of the respondents.

This is only an interim arrangement. It will abide by the final order that may be passed in the M.C., or in any other proceedings. The liability of the petitioners will continue till the M.C.No.16 of 2013 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Srivaigundam, is concluded. 5.Recording the said undertaking of the petitioners and subject to this condition, the impugned proceedings are quashed as far as the petitioners are concerned. It will of-course go on against Thiru.Subramanian husband of the first respondent herein. This criminal original petition stands allowed.
