ORDER

This petition has been filed to set aside the order passed by the Additional District Judge, Dindigul in CRP.No.12 of 2013 dated 06.04.2015 confirmed by the order passed in M.C.No.38 of 2012 dated 14.03.2015 on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dindigul.

2. When the matter was posted for admission on 15.12.2015, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought adjournment and on his request, the matter was posted after vacation. Thereafter, he has not taken any step to list the matter for admission. The matter is pending for more than 3-1/2 years, without admitting and without directing the notice.

3. It clearly shows that the petitioner has no interest to proceed with the case. At this stage, this Court is not inclined to entertain this petition. Hence, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
