JUDGMENT

The present Civil Miscellaneous Appeal has been filed by the mother, challenging the grant of custody rights of their son in favour of the father in G.O.P.No.37 of 2015 on the file of Principal District Court, Pudukottai.

2. A perusal of the records indicate that it relates to the custody of their son namely Mohammed Fawaz who was born on 21.10.2005. The child has attained majority on October 2023. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.
