Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records in pertaining the Impugned Order passed by the 2nd Respondent in Tha.pu.Ea.Manu 325-13 dated 23.01.2014 and quash the same and directing the 2nd Respondent to survey the Petitioner's land situated in S.No.195/3B2 at Vembar Village, Vilathikulam Taluk, Thoothukudi District, on the basis of the Petitioner's representation dated 02.12.2013. ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to quash the impugned order dated 23.01.2014 and consequently, to direct the 2nd Respondent to survey the Petitioner's land situated in S.No.195/3B2 at Vembar Village, Vilathikulam Taluk, Thoothukudi District, on the basis of the Petitioner's representation dated 02.12.2013.

2. It is submitted by both the Counsels that already survey has been conducted and therefore, nothing survives for adjudication.

3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
