Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2. The petitioner is facing trial in S.C.No.10 of 2019 on the file of the Sessions Court, Mahalir Neethimandram(Fast Track Court), Ramanathapuram, for the offence under Section 302 of I.P.C. The petitioner seeks transfer.

3. I went through the contents of the affidavit filed in support of this transfer original petition. I am more than satisfied that no case has been made out for effecting transfer. This criminal original petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
