ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the 2nd condition imposed upon the petitioners in Crl.M.P. No. 4376 of 2022, dated 18.08.2022 by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent, Police.

3. Considering the submission made by both sides, the condition No.ii imposed vide order dated, dated 18.08.2022 made in Cr.M.P.No.4376 of 2022, by the Principal Sessions Judge, Madurai is modified to the effect that "the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation". The other conditions if any shall remain unaltered.
