2.This criminal original petition has been filed to quash Crime No.472 of 2015, registered on the file of the first respondent police. The second respondent is the defacto complainant. He is said to be the in-charge headmistress of an aided school. She alleges that the petitioners abused her by referring to her community. It is not possible for this Court to quash the impugned FIR as there are prima facie averments attracting the offences under Sections 294(b) of I.P.C. and Section 4 of Tamilnadu Prohibition of Harassment of Women Act r/w. Section 3(1)(x) of Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. The matter is one for investigation.
