PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, praying to direct the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for PCR, Sivagangai to accept the surrender of the Petitioner in connection with Crime No.275 of 2022 pending investigation on the file of the second Respondent police and to consider and pass orders in the bail application on the same day.

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for PCR, Sivagangai, to consider the Petitioner's bail application on the same day of his surrender in Crime No. 275 of 2022 on the file of the second Respondent police. 2.It is the submission of the learned Counsel for the Petitioner that as per the prosecution, due to wordy quarrel between the Petitioner and the third Respondent, the Petitioner threatened the third Respondent, for which the case in Crime No.275 of 2022 had been registered. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) for the Respondents 1 and 2 submits that it is a case and counter case. The petitioner is having two previous cases and no one sustained injuries in the said occurrence. 4.On consideration of the rival submission, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed. The Petitioner is directed to surrender before the learned 2/4

Sessions Judge, Special Court for PCR, Sivagangai, within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order or within a period of 15 days from the date of uploading the order copy in the official web-site of this Court. The learned Special Judge shall consider the Petitioner's bail application on surrender by the Petitioner and dispose of the same as per law.
