The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition challenging the impugned order, dated 08.07.2014, refusing to grant back wages and consequential relief, to grant back wages from the third and fourth respondents.

W.P.(MD)No.14187 of 2014 2.When the Writ Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as the learned Counsel appearing for the third and fourth respondents submitted that new management has taken over the School. Therefore, this Court without going into the merits of the case directs the petitioner to submit a representation to the third and fourth respondents. Thereafter, the respondents shall pass an order within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
