Thiru.C.Yoshwa, the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.22157 of 2015 is shows as A1 in C.C.No.106 of 2015 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate, Bhoothapandi. There are totally three accused in this case. The defacto complainant in this case is J.Antin. 2.Yoshwa is the defacto complainant in C.C.No.53 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bhoothapandi. In the said case, Antin, his father Joseph and his wife Rathna Geetha are shown as accused.

3.I requested the learned counsel on either side to see it the issue can be amicably resolved and both the cases can be quashed. I am happy to record that both the parties are present before me and both have expressed their no objections for quashing both the proceedings. Since the outstanding issues have been amicably resolved between the parties, I quash C.C.No.106 of 2015 as well as C.C.No.53 of 2015 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Bhoothapandy.
