ORDER

The order of suspension dated 23.07.2014, is under challenge in the present writ petition.

2.The writ petitioner, who was working as Noon Meal Organiser was placed under suspension, on account of certain serious allegation.

3.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that during the pendency of the writ petition, an enquiry was conducted and the Enquiry Officer submitted his report and the copy of the said report was already communicated to the District Collector, Trichirappalli. 4.Under these circumstances, the competent authority should send the copy of the enquiry report to the writ petitioner along with show cause notice and on receipt of the explanation/objection on the finding of the enquiry report from the writ petitioner, a final decision is to be taken. Accordingly, the respondents are directed to complete the proceedings contemplated by affording an opportunity to the writ petitioner and pass final order in the departmental disciplinary proceedings, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
