This petition has been filed to modify the condition No.6(b) imposed upon him vide order dated 19.06.2023 in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.10788 of 2023.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to apprehension before the respondent police, he is unable to appear before him. Hence, he seeks modification of the condition imposed upon him in the present case. 3.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the condition imposed upon him is hereby modified to the effect that 'the petitioner shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate No.I, daily at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks'. The other conditions remain unchanged. Accordingly, this petition stands allowed.
