Prayer in Crl.A(MD) 645 of 2025: This Criminal Appeal is filed under section 14A(2) of SC/ST (POA) Act to set aside the order dated in Crl.M.P.No.1398 /25 on the file of the learned. Principal Sessions Judge (PCR), Tenkasi and enlarge the appellants on bail.

ORDER

This petition is filed to relax the condition which was imposed on the petitioners in Crl.A.(MD)No.645 of 2025, dated 23.06.2025.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State, on instructions, would submit that investigation in this case is over and charge sheet has been filed, but the same has not been taken on file. He further submitted that the petitioners have been complying the with the condition regularly, without any default.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners may be permitted to appear and sign before the respondent police and the petitioners will not disturb the defacto complainant in future.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioners are complying the condition regularly and taking into consideration of reasons cited by the petitioners in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and also taking into consideration the

undertaking given by the petitioners that they will not disturb the defacto complainant, I feel that the condition imposed on the petitioners can be modified to a certain extent.

5. Accordingly, the condition already imposed is modified and the petitioners shall appear and sign before the respondent police, twice in a month i.e., on 1st and 15th day of every English calendar month, till the disposal of the appeal.
