2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the evidence on the side of the complainant/petitioner was closed and the respondent is dragging on the case without leading the evidence.

Considering the oldness of the crime, there shall be a direction to the Judicial Magistrate No.IV, (Fast Track Court at Magisterial Level), Madurai, Madurai District, to complete the trial and dispose of the case in S.T.C.No.454 of 2018 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
