O R D E R

The present writ petition has been filed seeking to quash the order passed by the second respondent herein, wherein the petitioner has been placed under Prior Approval Category (PAC) for a period of five years with effect from 03.05.2021. As per the impugned order, the prior approval category period expired on 02.05.2026.

2. On instructions, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would approach the concerned authorities for issuance of fresh passport after expiry of the Prior Approval Category period, namely, after 02.05.2026.

3. In view of the above said submissions, no further orders are called for in the present Writ Petition. Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
