ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 4 to provide electricity service connection to the residential premises.

2. According to the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Electricity Board, there is a dispute between the petitioner and the fifth respondent herein with regard to the residential premises. Hence, bond has been obtained from the writ petitioner and electricity service connection had already been effected. The said statement is recorded.

3. In view of the above said facts, the writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition stands closed.
