Though the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents 1 to 3 would submit that the Writ Petition is devoid of merits, as the petitioner is noway concerned with the Temple and the Writ Petition is misconceived and the same may be dismissed with heavy costs. However, this Court is inclined to dispose the Writ Petition by directing the second respondent to consider and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law on the representation of the petitioner, dated 06.04.2018, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2
