This criminal original petition has been filed by the in-laws of the defacto complainant for quashing the impugned proceedings. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent submitted that the trial has already commenced and the case is posted for defence evidence. Hence, I am not in a position to grand any relief. Leaving open the petitioners' defences, this criminal original petition stands dismissed.
