The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioner made a submission that the third respondent is now working as a Lecturer with the authorization of the second respondent. The second respondent authorized the third respondent to work as a Professor for the Post Graduate Diploma in Health Promotion and Education Department (PGDHPE).
