This petitions has been filed to quash the investigation in Crime No. 375 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent. 2.None appears on behalf of the petitioner.

3.The petitioner is figuring as A-2 in Crime No.375 of 2014, registered on the file of the first respondent for the offences under Sections 420 and 506(i) of IPC.

4.The second respondent herein is the de-facto complainant. Believing the assurance held out by the accused, the de-facto complainant had supplied hardware materials to the tune of Rs.4, 58,000/-.

Crl.O.P(MD)No.2279 of 2015 there are prima facie materials for registering the impugned First Information Report and no case has been made out for quashing the same. It is a matter for investigation.
