O R D E R

The writ petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent herein to take appropriate action against the accused person, on the basis of the representations given by the petitioner, dated 21.01.2022 and 07.05.2022.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that based upon the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was undertaken by EOW, attached to the Thallkulam Police Station, Madurai, and summon has also been issued to the petitioner.

3.Perusal of records shows that CSR.No.138 of 2022 has been assigned on 16.02.2022. Even after lapse of 7 months, it appears that it was not concluded. It is the grievance that has been expressed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

4.The second respondent is directed to conclude the enquiry within the stipulated time and if the petitioner aggrieved by the outcome of the 2/4

enquiry, he can workout his remedy through appropriate proceedings. 5.With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
