According to the petitioner, he was arrested in Crime No.243 of 2023 which is registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 IPC @ 379, 411, 426, 413 and 414 IPC and he has obtained bail after serving 30 days and subsequent to that, the Police have been harassing the petitioner to surrender in various other cases.
3. The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) appearing for the respondents Police that no such harassment is there from the Police Station and a false allegation is made by the petitioner.
4. Considering the circumstances, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of directing the respondents Police not to harass the petitioner and in case the presence of the petitioner is required, the Police are directed to scrupulously follow the procedure.
