COMMON ORDER The grievance of the writ petitioners at the time of filing of the Writ Petitions, was that the revision of pay as applicable with reference to Pay Rules of the year 2009 has not been settled. 2.The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the writ petitioners states that the Government Order issued in the year 2009, was not implemented, granting revision of pay to these writ petitioners. However, next pay commission was also implemented. 3.Under these circumstances, pay revision, which is modified, is to be considered with reference to the grievance raised by the writ petitioners. Under these circumstances, the relief as such sought for at this point of time requires no further consideration.

However, it is made clear that the writ petitioners are if at all facing any different in pay revision as of now, they are at liberty to approach the competent authorities for the purpose of redressal of their grievances. 4.It is brought to the notice of this Court that most of the writ petitioners have already retired. Even they are also at liberty to approach the competent authorities for the redressal of their grievances, if any exist.

5.With these observations, these Writ Petitions stand disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
