ADVOCATE (CRIMINAL SIDE) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed against the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.15551 of 2021, dated 08.10.2021.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 13.10.2021, without fail.

3. The above submission is admitted by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police.
