2. The petitioner has given a petition under Section 133 of Cr.P.C. before the third respondent herein. The petition was given as early as on 09.10.2015. Therefore, it appears that no action was taken thereon.

3. The third respondent is directed to pass orders on the petitioner's petition dated 09.10.2015, in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
