O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition is filed seeking direction to the respondents 1 & 2 not to harass the petitioner and not to interfere with the civil rights and civil disputes of the petitioner on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 30.09.2021.

2.It is brought to the notice of this Court that Crl.O.P (MD) No.17059 of 2021 has been filed by the very same petitioner seeking quashment of First Information Report in Crime No.570 of 2021, which was registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447, 294(b), 323 and 506(i) IPC. The grievance of the petitioner is that the disputed property belongs to the petitioner and the same was informed to the DSP and original document was also handed over to him at the time of investigation, but it was not returned so far.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that final report is made ready on 10.10.2021. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Crl.O.P(MD)No.17037 of 2021 4.Since the petitioner claims that the documents handed over to the DSP were not returned back, this Court granted an order of stay for filing the Final Report in Crime No.570 of 2021 and the matter was ordered to be listed on 01.12.2021. 5.In view of the above, this petition has become infructuous. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of as infructuous.
