This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to complete the trial in C.C.No.454 of 2021 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Trichy in accordance with law within the time that may be stipulated by this Court.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the case is at the stage of examination of witnesses.

3.
