ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to transfer transfer of the investigation of the case in Crime No.71 of 2021 on the file of the second respondent police to the file of the third respondent police for the proper and effective investigation in the above Crime No.71 of 2021. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents has represented that already the matter has been investigated and the same was closed. The closure report also filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Iraniyal. The defacto complainant also filed protest petition in Crl.M.P.No.467 of 2023 and thhe same is pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Iraniyal.

3.Since already investigation completed and the matter also seized by the learned Magistrate and the petitioner herein also filed protest petition 2/4
